How Did You Turn Out So Wonderful?

Hey, friends!  I hope you're doing well on this beautiful Tuesday.  I'm sharing a layout today that I created last month for a Valentine Crop over on the My Scraps and More forum.  The challenge was to use at least two different types of sparkles on your project.  This could be paint, Stickles, rhinestones, etc.

I broke into my old stash of My mind's Eye (The Sweetest Thing) and created this page featuring my oldest cutie, Reese.  My sparkles were glittery gold paint, gold glitter Thickers, and shiny gold thread.  I'm just really loving the gold trend now...and when you add touches of it here and there, it just looks fabulous!  (You can check out all the brand new MME HERE in the store!)

I added some gold glitter paint to this little chipboard banner piece.  It really sparkles in real life!

Look at all the sparkles!  Woo hoo!  I just love this gold thread I found at Michael's...it adds the perfect touch.  And I hope I never run out of these Thickers...I bought them a long time ago but never actually used them.  Now I want to hoard them because I don't want to use them up...I know that makes no sense whatsoever...haha.

I love these MME dimensional layered stickers.  Perfect for layering on top of paper & thread.

Love these cute wooden buttons & brads.  I layered the brad...I had to dismantle the metal parts on the bottom and added a pop dot.

I highly recommend you add something sparkly to your page every once in a while...the glitter paint is  really easy to add to anything, and the thread is another easy add-on.

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!
