I painted an old picture frame and then used crackle paint on it to give it a bit of a weathered look. I cut a 10 banner-shaped pieces from Echo Park paper (one of my faves!) and then added different things to each one. I attached wire going across the frame, and then used mini clothespins to hold the banner pieces. It reminded me of a little clothes line, and I think it turned out rather cute!
I found these initial blingy stickers in the $1 at Michaels...I couldn't wait to use them on a project

Love this, Missy- All the little banners are just great and I think you nailed this assignment- even if you were a bit lost to start with. I actually felt the same way- I have learned to like doing some altered things, but for some reason I struggled with coming up with an idea as I refuse to make something unless I'm actually going to USE it...
