A few cute pages to share :)

I have a few pages to share with you today :) This first one is of Paige opening her gifts on her 1st birthday last year. I have a lot of birthday party pics, so I'll be scrapping them a lot lately, since I have all my birthday themed stuff out! I found this Best Creation number paper stuck in a random spot in the middle of my multi-colored stack...and it was perfect for this! I stitched circles around all the "1"s. I used a Page Maps sketch...actually it's one that I used recently!

Here is Reese in one of her many Valentine's shirts I got for her last year :) She was so sweet posing for me. I got creative with my background paper. I have these little plastic containers that I keep random scrappy things in, and they have holes in them. I used one as a mask! LOVE how it turned out! I also made the tags and misted white cardstock for all the other shapes (circle, rectangle, title block, etc.). The only patterned paper I used was the 12x12 background. The rest started out as plain white.

I love tags! I don't use them enough.

I used a Julie Bonner sketch for this one:

Thank you for looking! Have a great day :)

  1. The second one is very inspiring!!! The colors are awesome! How did you make those super cute tags look so colorful and tender? Black pen doodles look so nice too! Gonna dd this LO to favorites and lift is some day ;))) (if you don't mind)

  2. Wow, such great layouts! Love what you did with the stitching around the 1's on the first one (an idea I may have to copy). And holy wow! What you did with the background and the tabs on the second layout is awesome!!!

  3. WOW, Miss :-) , your projects are amazing! You did a fantastic job! TFS! hugs ~Gerry~
