Artful Delight Birthday Bash

I made a few layouts for Artful Delight's Birthday Bash Blog Hop. I used the provided sketch to create this layout for {DAY 1}.

My daughter has a lot of sensory issues, and she has a total meltdown in any kind of dress. (Well, this was Spring of 2010, so she has changed a bit). So I wasn't about to force her to wear a fancy dress for Easter. I found this cute outfit at Target, and it was just the ticket for her.

I love this Cuttlebug flower die! It makes it so easy & fast to make little layered flowers :)

I created a little ribbon banner & added some sticky pearls.

The next challenge {DAY 2} was a tic-tac-toe challenge. I chose to use light pink, border punches & make a layout. Here's what I came up with...pictures of my little Paige crawling down the hallway :)

I used the cardboard from an old diaper box to cut these cute corrugated flowers.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day :)

  2. Love both of these, Missy!! You have an awesome knack for making flowers! :) I love the beautiful pastel colors you used on the Easter layout!

  3. What sweet LO's!! Your layered flowers are simply gorgeous, and love the way you put your banner together!! ~ Blessings
