First up is Challenge #37 at Challenge Me Happy. It's a recipe challenge. You must use the following on your project:
* a quote
* stamping
* bird/s
* arrows
* brads
I pulled out one of my favorite lines...Sketchbook by AC. My little Paige is always dumping her Cheerios onto the floor, and then she likes to sit there and eat them off the carpet. It always makes me think of the "5-second rule," so I had to use that as my title :) They are there a lot longer than five seconds, though...haha. I used used a mask & ink to create my arrows, my birds & loopy loops are stamped, I used coordinating AC brads, and my quote is at the bottom.
The winner of this challenge will win a prize pack from Zva Creative! You have until midnight January 15th to link your project up.
Next up is Workout #83 at ScrapFIT - Wish Upon a Star! That's right...you must use STARS on your project. Easy peasy, right? :) Here's what I came up with...
I used a mask and some ink to create my background stars. I used my Cameo to cut the larger stars. My papers are from a MME 6x6 paper pack...love those! I added a few buttons, some washi tape, some ink drips, and a few embellishments from other MME collections. I also used my Cameo to cut my title. I love how this page turned out...so much fun to create!
The winner of this Workout will win this amazing Low Cal FITKit! You have until January 31st to link up.
Be sure to visit both these blogs to check out what the other DT members have created. I promise you'll find lots of inspiration to get you scrapping in the new year!
Thanks for stopping by, and have a WONDERFUL day!
Both amazing pages Missy!! What is it with little kids and dumping out their cereal on the floor??!!...Reese does that all of the time too! :) I love those cute photos and the fun use of the Amy Tan and the title is perfect for your layout! The Brown and Pink is gorgeous on your ScrapFIT layout and I love how you used the stars! And your Cameo cut title looks awesome!! :)
